Sourcing and Supply Chain

Frozen Fruits and Veggies

Our core focus is our strength of knowledge about the frozen fruit and vegetable sourcing and supply chain marketplace globally. Our strategy entails sourcing an immediate need for our customers and using that leverage and positive experience to win exclusive supply chain/sourcing services contracts with bulk purchasing companies. We are very active in this space and are sourcing multiple IQF Fruits currently for several large companies.

Food Product Development

Unique Products and Categories

We also develop and co-develop unique products with our partners and expand them into entire categories within large retail chains. We are able to seek out inefficiencies that exist in current products, product lines and categories and quickly develop better products that our customers can offer. We have deep long-term relationships with the big retail chains and food manufacturing companies who can scale quickly to make products that we need to serve our customers’ demands. We are currently in development of several brands we have been asked to develop for domestic and international retailers.

David Vento, MBA

Chief Executive Officer

Professional Experience: David is a veteran with over 25 years of building and managing consistently successful commercial operations teams within the life-sciences industry and in consulting with enterprises through the various stages of company and product life cycles. His experience includes winning awards in sales, sales management and commercial operations leadership at Merck, Johnson and Johnson, Allergan and as a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). David has a B.S. in Molecular Biology from UC Riverside and an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at USC.

Community Involvement: David is active in charitable work and is in his third year as a Board Member of Families Forward, a prominent service organization in Orange County working to help homeless and near homeless families get the services they need to prevent them from becoming homeless. 

Bill Munro

COO and General Manager

Professional Experience: Bill has 20+ years in various aspects of Procurement Strategy, Supply Chain Management & Operational Efficiency in the food industry. His responsibilities have included Supply Chain Transformation, International Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain Logistics and Production Plant Fulfillment, New Product Development & Product Marketing as well as all key areas of Operations.

Community Involvement: Bill is very involved in the Autism community when his son was diagnosed with Autism 13 years ago. He is the Founder of the non-profit ​Billy’s Journey ​which helps families with children living with Autism with financial support and through connecting them to different therapy providers and treatment programs.

John Paul Beatificato

Executive Vice President, Business Development

Professional Experience; John’s experience in business management in the food service and packaging industry is extensive and spans over 40 years of successful business ventures and leadership roles. As President of LA Packaging Inc., a distribution company for paper, janitorial supplies and disposables, he built the business from the ground up which totalled $350M in sales domestically. His pizza box program alone in California drew over $15M in sales annually. He’s built organizations and has vast industry connections. As our Executive VP of Business Development, his knowledge of food service and packaging and his management experience along with his industry contacts help open doors and leverage relationships with potential partners to create mutually beneficial arrangements.

Community Involvement: John is very active in philanthropic causes and is involved in several foundations and charitable organizations along with other prominent benefactors in Southern California industry including The On My Own But Not Alone, Foundation in Yorba Linda, CA that helps widows, widowers and the less fortunate.
